I. Personal Data Administrator
The administrator of personal data is Media Context Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Dominikańska 21B.
ADO has implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements specified in the current legislation on the protection of personal data. In particular, the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of the processing of personal data and the technical and organizational conditions to be met by IT devices and systems used for processing personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
II. Personal data, basis, purpose and duration of storage
The Administrator collects personal data sent to him via the contact form available on his website (e-mail address, telephone number and the content of the Client's message).
Personal data are processed by the Controller in accordance with applicable law, including in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), for the purposes of:
- Preparation of a commercial offer and contact for the preparation of a commercial offer
Customers' personal data are processed exclusively for the aforementioned purposes using electronic means of communication (e-mail address), on the basis of the consent granted by the Customer (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).
Personal data of Clients are processed from the moment of obtaining the aforementioned consent until the moment of its withdrawal/request for erasure/cessation of processing by their owner and after its revocation - only for the purpose of demonstrating the correctness of the fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator and related claims (maximum up to 6 years from the moment of withdrawal of consent).
The Customer's personal data may be transferred to entities entitled to receive them under applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities. The Customer's personal data may also be transferred — to the extent necessary — to entities performing, on behalf of the Owner, activities related to services provided as part of the execution of the Agreement. Personal data may be transferred outside the EEA and shared with international organisations.
Data are transferred outside the territory of the European Union, but only to entities that ensure an adequate level of protection of your rights, the security of your data and the legality of such operation.
III. Rights of the Owners of Personal Data
The Customer has the right to access his personal data, to rectify and delete them, the right to request restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be revoked in by sending an email to biuro@mediacontext.pl from the address to which the consent relates. Please send all correspondence regarding personal data to the same address.
The Service Provider considers complaints promptly, no later than within 14 days, counting from the date of their submission. If the complaint cannot be processed during this time, the Service Provider shall notify the complainant within this period of the reasons for the delay, as well as the anticipated, necessary deadline for consideration of the complaint.
The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if it considers that the processing of personal data concerning him violates the provisions of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of April 27, 2016.
IV. Cookies policy
The website uses cookies, i.e. text files saved on the User's computer, identifying it in a way necessary to enable certain operations. Cookies are used to collect statistics that inform about how Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content.
